A community neurology practice is seeking a full time Board Certified/Board Eligible general neurologist. You will be joining a thriving group of general neurologists in an established outpatient practice in Walnut Creek, California, who have a strong relationship with John Muir Health and provide services at our Walnut Creek and Concord Campuses.

  Responsibilities:

• General neurology practice supporting inpatient and outpatient services (primarily outpatient)
• Participate in on-call schedule in a responsive and timely manner (Walnut Creek Campus)
• Provide outpatient consultation and hospital consultation services
• EMG, EEG, and botulinum toxin services are offered by the practice but not required for this position.
• Maintain CME units based on the requirements of the specifying Board
• Manage and oversee the physician/patient relationship
  
  Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Graduate from an accredited school of medicine
• Must maintain current DEA registration
• Must possess or acquire a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California.

Base Salary Range: 280-320k

*Additional Signing Bonus, Loan Assistance and Relocation may also be available, based on eligibility.*
