• Residency training obtained atan ACGME or AOA accredited family medicine program
• ABMS board certified/board eligible in family medicine
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Interest in providing full range of care for adolescents through geriatrics
