Job Description

We are seeking an APP Team Leadto join ourteam atIU Health Jay Family Practice!This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities.

Details:

  • Full-time, Day Shift
    • Current schedule with 10% adjust for administration responsibilities
  • Patient Population: All ages. Rural Community.
  • Expected patient volume in office: 40/wk
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Procedures include simple/small office procedures

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree required
  • FNPor PA certification required
  • 1 year of provider experience required
  • Considering internal candidates only
