Lexington Clinic is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join a busy Practice in Lexington. This is an outpatient opportunity. This position is Monday – Friday. The average daily patient volume per day is 15 to 17. This position doesn’t have call and will not need hospital privileges. Summary of Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will closely partner with physicians to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform medical services and procedures within the scope of your medical license.
- Conduct patient histories and physicals
- Interpret clinical data and develop care plans
- Recommend and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Support treatment management and follow-up care
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Maintain all requirements to maintain the license including CMEs.
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program; current APRN licensure in good standing (Kentucky or applicable state)
- OR graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification and Kentucky state licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior Neurology experience preferred
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain mobile and/or in a stationary position for up to 8 hours/day
- Capability to lift, move, and transport patients, equipment, and supplies
- Strong manual dexterity, motor coordination, vision, and communication skills
- Ability to accurately read and interpret provider orders
