Well-established private rheumatology practice in Columbus, Ohio seeks a board-certified or board-eligible rheumatologist to join our growing team. We are expanding into our second location on the east side of Columbus (Gahanna).

- Physician-owned, physician-led:Join a team of 10 rheumatologists and nine advanced practice providers making CAC the largest rheumatology private practice in Ohio.

- Compensation + benefits:Competitive base salary plus ancillary revenue and performance bonuses not available in most employed positions. Benefits include a 401(k) with a profit-sharing plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, disability insurance, and malpractice coverage.
- Built-in support:Infusion, x-ray, MRI, and lab services on site. Dedicated prior authorization staff minimizes paperwork, allowing you to maximize patient care.
- Work-life:Outpatient-only model with no hospital call. Four-day work week. Vacation is self-determined, reflecting the flexibility of private practice.
- Medical education:CAC hosts residents from Ohio Health and Mount Carmel. Available for those who enjoy teaching, but not required.
