Internist Job at Deaconess Health System in Evansville, IN

Deaconess Clinic, which is a multi-specialty clinic with 400+ providers at 60+ locations within the region, is seeking a full-time, Internal Medicine physician to join our growing team in Boonville, IN.

Work:

• Work 4- 4 ½ days/week. Practice can be 100% outpatient with inpatient care covered by Deaconess Hospitalist Group.
• Minimal call duties which can be handled remotely and are dispersed among call groups for outpatient care.
• Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $260,000 annual base salary (guaranteed for initial 18 months)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 Weeks PTO + 1 week CME (with allowance) + 6 paid holidays

Location:

The Boonville office is a primary care practice located in Warrick County about 10 miles outside of Evansville/Newburgh. The practice is a well-rounded primary care practice with phlebotomy on site. Practice currently consists of 1 Family Medicine Physician, 2 Advanced Practice Providers and 1 Pediatrician. Also within this location is an Express Clinic that services patients outside of normal office hours for minor acute illnesses.

Boonville, IN is a great place to raise a family. Great community and welcoming/warm people. Great area for hunting, fishing and watersports. Close proximity to Evansville and Newburgh, IN and Owensboro, KY offering many options for dining and entertainment. Louisville, Nashville and St. Louis all within a 2 ½-hour drive or less. Indianapolis is within three hours.
