TidalHealth, located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an OB/Gyn Hospitalist to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Our over 400 providers enjoy an outstanding work-life balance in this beautiful coastal region.
Benefits:
Base Compensation Range: $150-250/hour (commensurate with experience and specialty)
Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance

Opportunity Highlights:
Level III Trauma center
24-hour shifts in hospital setting
Focus includes Labor & Delivery as well as Gynecology consults and urgent surgeries
Spacious examination rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional OB/Gyn support staff
No call
No outpatient work
More than 2,300 births annually
Multi-specialty collaboration with a mission-driven integrated health care delivery model
