Job Description

We are looking to add an Inpatient C/A Psychiatrist to our team!

We are a 108 bed facility located in Westborough. MA. Right off i90 and i495. Our 8 year old hospital, boasts 90,000 square ft of space on 15 acres which is located just west of metro Boston, MA.

Some of the highlights include:

Our Team consists of 6 Doctors and 2 PMHNPs. We have 4 Board Certified C/A Psychiatrists on our staff.

Average ADC for the hospital is at 99 patients per day. We have a full-team of OT, RN, LCSW and treatment team members.

Units are broken down as:

2 ASD Units for C/A

1 C/A General Unit

4 Adult General Units

PHP/IOP on-site

Scope of work will consist of inpatient only. It will be a mix of admissions and discharges. PMHNP's assist with med checks

Compensation/Benefits:

Base Salary, Bonus on extra work with admissions + med checks. 5 weeks PTO, 5K CME, Med Mal, Medical/Dental Insurance, 401K

No Night Call and/or Weekend Work needed.
