Job Description

We are a 152 bed facility located in Westborough. MA. Right off i90 and i495. Our 8 year old hospital, boasts 90,000 square ft of space on 15 acres.

Our Hospital has a total of 9 units broken down in High, Low Acuity Adult and Child/Adolescent sub-units.

Patient Panel/Units: 5 years to Geratic Patients

Units are:

1- Kids 5-12 yrs.

2- Adolescent 13-17 yrs.

3- Adult- General Track

4- Adult- Dual Diagnosis

5- Special Need Unit- ASD Program- (autism spectrum disorders)

6- PHP/IOP Program

7- Outpatient Program

We have vast Psychopathology within our units. We are looking for a provider to become a leader within their units. This would include working within our Multidisciplinary teams, educating nurses/social workers and investing in the team.

We are in need of a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist—

Our ASD Unit-- The only program within the state of MA. This is via the Department of Mental Health that sends the facility referrals. The unit is Acute inpatient, working with BCBA's, Neuro Psych Testing, Full-Treatment team in place. LOS is 30–45 days. Our team works with the parents very closely.

** There is NO NIGHT CALL — We use Doctors on Call who are there 24/7. They are FP's and IM's.

There is NO WEEKEND CALL/Rounding — We have local providers that cover.
