Advanced Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in Structural Heart Disease for 2026-2027
Lenox Hill Hospital is offering a one-year non-ACGME clinical fellowship in Advanced Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in Structural Heart Disease for individuals who have completed an Interventional Cardiology training program by June 2026. The program is directed by Dr. Chad Kliger, a renowned leader in the field of structural heart disease. This multidisciplinary fellowship provides comprehensive training in transcatheter therapies, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement, M-TEER and T-TEER, TTVR, paravalvular leak closures, PFO/ASD closures and left atrial appendage occlusion devices. Training also includes education in advanced echocardiography and CT imaging necessary for the management and care of complex structural heart patients. Fellows are exposed to advanced operative techniques with a focus on minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery. The fellowship provides ample opportunity for clinical research.
This fellowship is available to applicants who are BC/BE in adult cardiology and interventional cardiology.
