• Credentialing: 2 -3 weeks
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• · Licensure: Any State License and Active DEA
  
  
• · Experience Required: 1 year
  
  
• · Certification: DMD or DDS
  
  
• · Life Support Certifications: BLS
