Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the highly collaborative and well-run practice of Dr. Matt Brink.

Dr. Brink runs a strong, highly sought-after practice with a staff that loves working with him, setting the stage for a supportive and thriving work environment. You will be fully integrated into the team, allowing you to develop strong, one-on-one working relationships with Dr. Brink, clinical staff, and management, while gaining independence and significantly impacting patient care and satisfaction.
Schedule & Practice Details
- Exceptional Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly desirable 4-day workweek
- Monday - Friday: No weekends or evenings required
- Practice directly alongside Dr. Matt Brink, focusing on managing follow-up appointments and same-day patient visits
- Full-scope primary care outpatient practice, seeing patients of all ages
- No call responsibilities
- EHR: Utilize Epic
Compensation & Benefits
We value our team and offer a competitive package designed to support your professional and personal well-being:
- Anticipated Base Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Total Target Cash Compensation: Potential to earn between $110,000 - $150,000 with the inclusion of a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
- Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CME allowance, plus paid license renewals and recertifications.

Requirements
- Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois.
