Outpatient / Primary Care.

About the practice:
• 38 PCPs and 7 collaborative APPs across primary care
• Minimal call, 1-2 days per month 4 weekends per year
• Onsite, MRI, Xray and full lab
• The team provides a personalized focus to every patient
