A thriving 60-bed regional hospital in Southeast New Mexico is actively recruiting a General Surgeon to join a growing surgical service line. With no competition in the area, this is a rare opportunity to establish a robust, community-focused practice with excellent support and long-term stability. Opportunity Details:

• Join a collegial team of two experienced general surgeons.

• Financial package includes a two-year $450,000 base guarantee plus production incentive bonuses.
