Allina Health's Brain and Spine Institute is seeking a full‑time Neurointerventionalist to join our high‑performing team serving the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area, performing a variety of neurovascular/interventional neurology procedures. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced, image‑guided care for stroke, aneurysm, and complex neurovascular conditions, collaborating closely with neurology, emergency medicine, and critical care across a dynamic, system‑wide program.

What You’ll Do
Direct Patient Care
Review and synthesize medical histories, imaging, and clinical data to guide accurate diagnoses and evidence‑based treatment plans
Deliver neurointerventional and interventional neurology services across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings
Provide timely interpretations and interventional coverage to support acute stroke pathways and neurovascular care
Procedural Expertise
Perform and support a high‑volume spectrum of interventional neuroradiology procedures (e.g., thrombectomy, aneurysm treatments, AVM/AVF management, carotid/cranial interventions)
Utilize advanced imaging platforms, software, and navigation technologies to ensure precision and safety
Collaboration & Communication
Partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clinicians from diverse backgrounds across the Twin Cities
Maintain clear, proactive communication in a fast‑paced care environment with a focus on continuity and outcomes
Quality & Safety
Engage in continuous quality improvement, peer review, and protocol optimization
Contribute to clinical pathways that improve time‑to‑treatment, outcomes, and patient experience
Schedule & Call
Full‑time employed position with rotational call supporting comprehensive neurovascular services across the Twin Cities
Protected time for administrative, education, and quality activities as scheduled
Pay Range: $719,992 to $800,010 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
