Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the nation's premier nonprofit health care networks, is excited to announce a Family Medicine Physician opening in our Fort Collins, CO clinic.  Join a well-supported, patient-focused team and enjoy practicing in one of Northern Colorado’s most sought-after communities.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages
• Medical assistants, RN, front desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice
• Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, behavioral health, dietitian, social worker and additional specialties
  
• Financially stable, physician-led organization committed to provider well-being

We seek candidates who:

• Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Prefer to see patients of all ages
• Are patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($235K - $265K, dependent on experience) plus incentives
• Up to $100K educational loan repayment
• $60K sign-on/relocation
• Up to $18K resident stipend
• Paid CME & malpractice coverage
• Excellent benefits package for you and your family
• Eligible for federal loan forgiveness
