Ballad Health Medical Associates—Bristol Surgical is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our highly skilled team of seven physicians. Located on the campus of Bristol Regional Medical Center, our practice provides a wide range of surgical procedures and is built on a foundation of excellence, compassion, and commitment to quality patient care.  Ideal candidate will ensure that surgical patients receive timely consults and discharges to assist in throughput and patient satisfaction.

Opportunity Details:

• Triage and consults: Within the hospital, helping address delays in patient evaluations
• Discharge facilitation: Assist in getting patients discharged more efficiently, improving bed turnover and continuity of care
• Inpatient rounding: Round on admitted patients, ensuring consistent follow-up and care coordination
• Nurse communication: Answers calls from floor nurses in a timely manner
• Resident coverage gaps: Fill vital holes in provider availability
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a–5p
