Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide care in an outpatient clinic and in the community
• 100% outpatient
• Paid travel and mileage between visits!
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin licensure & DEA
• Background in hospice or palliative care (RN or NP)
