FHN is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established General Surgery Practice in Freeport, Illinois. The NP/PA will support a full-time General Surgeon and partner with a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

Requirements:
• Employed, full-time position
• Unrestricted Illinois license
• Certification as RNFA or equivalent, in addition to licensure
• General Surgery Experience preferred: We seek candidates with specialized knowledge to contribute immediately to our General Surgery practice
