The University at Buffalo (UB), Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, in partnership with the Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our Internal Medicine Center—a vital academic practice located in Buffalo, New York.
This position offers a unique opportunity to practice comprehensive, team-based primary care within a safety-net teaching hospital that serves a diverse and medically complex patient population. As a full-time faculty member, the successful candidate will play a key role in resident education, continuity clinic precepting, and quality improvement initiatives within a fully integrated academic environment.
The Internal Medicine Center at ECMC serves as the primary ambulatory training site for internal medicine residents from the University at Buffalo. The practice provides longitudinal, comprehensive adult care across a wide spectrum of chronic and acute medical conditions, while emphasizing preventive health, interdisciplinary collaboration, and social determinants of health.
