Wayne HealthCare in Greenville, Ohio, is inviting a full-time OB/GYN to join our established, hospital-based team of two experienced physicians and one nurse practitioner. This collegial practice, founded in 2008, continues to grow while maintaining its close-knit, supportive culture.
We take pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting our physicians with modern facilities, an experienced clinical team, and a schedule that promotes balance and fulfillment.
Opportunity Highlights
- Clinic Schedule: 4-day workweek in clinic and surgery
- Call Rotation: 1 in 3 – sustainable and team-supported
- PTO: 42 days (336 hours) of annual paid time off
- Births: Average of 250 deliveries per year across the practice
- Convenience: Clinic is located just steps from our brand-new Labor & Delivery Unit (opened in 2021), featuring a dedicated C-section suite
- Technology: EPIC EMR across both clinic and hospital settings
- Surgical Support: Dedicated block times and access to advanced equipment
- Staffing: Each provider is supported by two MAs or LPNs, plus full administrative assistance

Candidate Profile
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to compassionate care
- Preference for candidates with a clear malpractice history and desire to practice in a rural or small-community setting
