What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting. You’ll deliver a broad scope of services—from diagnosis and treatment to preventive care and chronic disease management—serving patients of all ages and backgrounds.

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate care plans, manage follow-ups, and emphasize preventive health
• Use a robust, unified EHR system (NextGen) to enhance care delivery
• Participate in a shared on-call schedule (minimal weekend commitment)

What You’ll Bring

• Valid and current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (NextGen a plus)
• Commitment to delivering quality, equitable care to all patients
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
