What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting. You’ll deliver a broad scope of services—from diagnosis and treatment to preventive care and chronic disease management—serving patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate care plans, manage follow-ups, and emphasize preventive health
- Use a robust, unified EHR system (NextGen) to enhance care delivery
- Participate in a shared on-call schedule (minimal weekend commitment)
What You’ll Bring
- Valid and current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (NextGen a plus)
- Commitment to delivering quality, equitable care to all patients
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
