Pathologist Job through Cynet Locums in South Carolina

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
Call: Yes, rotation every 4 weeks
Scheduled Dates (2026):
January: 5–9, 12–16, 19–23, 26–30
February: 2–6, 9–13, 16–20, 23–27
March: 2–6, 9–13
(8:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day)

Responsibilities:

• Perform sign-out of approximately 25–50 cases per day
• Handle a mix of anatomic, clinical, and cytopathology cases
• Participate in frozen section evaluations
• Perform or assist with fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies
• Engage in Cytopathology ROSE (Rapid On-Site Evaluation) as needed
• Participate in a call rotation every 4 weeks
• Work on-site across four locations
• Utilize Epic EMR proficiently

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Anatomic, Clinical, and Cytopathology
• Active South Carolina medical license (required)
• Minimum 1–3 years of sign-out experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR
• Experience with frozen sections and FNA biopsies
• Interest or experience in Cytopathology ROSE
• No autopsies required
