Family Medicine Physician Job at Tower Health in West Reading, PA

Tower Health at Home is seeking a full time physician for our hospice program.Position will see patients on an inpatient basis and also at home as needed.You will round at Reading, Phoenixville and Pottstown Hospitals and will work with a staff of experienced nurses and case managers

Interested candidates must be board certified in IM/FM; previous experience in a hospice/palliative environment preferred.Ability to hold or obtain PA license and PA DEA required.
