Position Highlights

  1. $270K base salary + $100K sign-on bonus
  2. $100K Provider Recruitment Program (paid over 5 years)
  3. $100K educational loan repayment + $50K from California’s OSHPD (2-year commitment)
  4. Additional retention incentives available
  5. Eligible for National Health Service Corps (HPSA score 17)
  6. Collaborative Pediatrics call coverage with a highly supportive team
