Job Description

FHN Jo Daviess Family Healthcare Center – Stockton, IL

FHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our  not-for-profit community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with a highly experienced, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a long tenure at FHN and a deep understanding of the community.

  Position Highlights

  1. Flexible 4-day week supporting genuine work/life balance
  2. Outpatient practice with a loyal, established patient panel
  3. On-call requirement: minimal requirements
  4. Patient-centered scheduling: average of at least two patient visits per clinical hour while allowing time for thorough, relationship-based care

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Salary range: $121,529-$160,593, based on experience and qualifications
  2. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  3. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time-off package
  4. Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and dedicated CME days for professional development

Qualifications

  1. Current Illinois APRN license (or ability to obtain)
  2. NP experience is strongly preferred, though motivated new graduates will be considered
