Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their East Florida Division is seeking a Pathology Medical Director to be based at a busy 423-bed hospital in a prime location within the heart of Miami, FL.

Step into a leadership role that blends clinical excellence with strategic impact as a Pathology Medical Director within one of the leading healthcare companies in the nation. In this position, you’ll oversee high-quality diagnostic services, guide a team of skilled pathologists, and collaborate with hospital leadership to drive innovation and efficiency in laboratory operations. Qualified Candidates:
  • AP/CP Board Certification required
  • 2 years of hospital-based Medical Director experience preferred
  • Recent experience performing frozen sections
  • Recent general surgical pathology and clinical interpretations
  • Florida licensed or FCVS in place preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
