About the Opportunity

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Highlands, North Carolina. • Work Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week: 36 clinical + administrative time)

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Telehealth: 2–4 weekends per year (outpatient triage)

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Licensure: Active North Carolina Medical License

• Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR and telehealth systems

• Soft Skills: Compassionate, communicative, and patient-focused

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Develop personalized care plans emphasizing prevention and wellness

• Collaborate with specialists to coordinate holistic care

• Participate in periodic telehealth triage services

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Mentor staff and support continuous quality improvement
