🩺 Role Overview

As a Geriatric Medicine Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive, person-centered care to older adults, including those with multiple chronic conditions.

• Lead a Geriatric Inpatient Consult Service and manage a panel of patients in a skilled nursing facility.

• Serve as faculty for our Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, precepting fellows and Family Medicine residents in hospital and rehabilitation settings.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including social workers, behavioral health specialists, and a large multi-specialty medical group.

• Participate in administrative leadership and program development.

Leadership and teaching experience is preferred but not required. We welcome new graduates who are passionate about education, mentorship, and advancing geriatric care.
