🩺 The Role at a Glance

• 100% Outpatient – No hospital responsibilities

• Full-time: 36 clinical / 4 administrative hours

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (includes lunch break)

• Call: Light – 1:10 rotation, phone only, shared with nearby practices

• Patient Volume: 20–22/day (after ramp-up); mix of new and existing patients

• Ages: All adults and children – full-scope Family Medicine

• EMR: EPIC with MyChart for telehealth and DAX AI ambient charting

• Onsite Services: X-ray, point-of-care testing, minor procedures (I&D, EKG, sutures, skin tags, well-woman care)

• Support: 1:1 CMA per provider, virtual PharmD & chronic care management support

✅ What We’re Looking For

• MD/DO, Board Eligible or Certified (ABMS/ABFM)

• Completed U.S. Residency

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• A compassionate, organized, and collaborative physician

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
