Job Summary:
The Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Employee Health Services provides primary clinical oversight of employee health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services for Erlanger team members. Works collaboratively with Employee Health leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, CDC, TJC) and organizational health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform employee health evaluations, physicals, and return-to-work assessments.
• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, illnesses, and exposures.
• Manage immunization and vaccination programs.
• Provide exposure follow-up and clearance (e.g., TB, bloodborne pathogens, COVID).
• Collaborate with HR, Infection Prevention, and Risk Management on employee health issues.
• Document all services in the EHR according to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
  

Required Education/Experience

• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Minimum of two years experience in occupational health, urgent care or employee health
