- $423,665 – $652,045 - Total Compensation which includes a wRVU Productivity Based Incentive
- 40 hrs per week + 15 On-Call Days per Month
- APP Supervision, and on-call Pay:
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Nature of Work:
- Deliver high-quality surgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, including Medical/Surgical/ICU units.
- Perform a variety of general surgical procedures, including endoscopy (preferred).
- Evaluate diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Maintain thorough documentation and charting using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and recovery.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team using strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Education & Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree (Required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery (Required)
- Completion of 5-year residency in General Surgery (Required)
- Current, unrestricted state medical license (Required)
- Completion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (Required)
- Fellowship training in a surgical subspecialty is a plus
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in general surgery and endoscopy preferred
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
