Job Description

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are seeking a Urologist to join our established Urology Practice in Astoria, Oregon. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide services as a general Urologist in a community practice with the comforts and quality of life in a small-town while having an affiliation to the states only academic medical center.

 

Practice Details

  1. Established, collaborative practice focused on person-centered care.
  2. Growing community practice where you will join experienced Urology physicians and a physician associate.
  3. A four-day work week with dedicated clinic, OR and administrative time.
  4. Shared call responsibilities with light night and weekend call
  5. Access to an abundance of educational and research resources

 

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Based salary compensation model.

Required Qualifications

  1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  2. Board certified/board-eligible Urologist
  3. Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
  4. DEA Certificate
  5. CPR/PALS Certification
  6. Trained and experienced in management of patients with urologic conditions to include utilization of minimally invasive, robotic and open surgical techniques.
