Job Description

Pay range Competitive yearly salary, ranging between $133,000 - $161,000 based on experience.

 

Our team

The Confluence Health Anticoagulation Clinics (AC Clinics) are operated by a multi-disciplinary team of pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and medical assistants to provide outpatient anticoagulation care to approximately 4300 patients throughout North Central Washington. Spanning 4-counties there are 9 clinic locations including: Wenatchee, Cashmere, Waterville, Brewster, Omak, Tonasket, Oroville, Moses Lake, and Ephrata, with management services being provided via in-person, telemedicine, and virtual appointments. As an Anticoagulation Center of Excellence, we provide comprehensive anticoagulation services including warfarin, DOACs, injectables and peri-procedural management.

What We Are Seeking in a Candidate

  1. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  2. Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider (CACP) certification within 2 years
  3. Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
  4. Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families.
  5. Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
