The Women's Health Medical Director - Medical Doctor, should possess clinical experience, be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and possess experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. It is preferred that the incumbent has experience in women's primary care and performs office based procedures, however other disciplines with formal Women's Health training and education will be considered. This job requires knowledge of routine medical care, acute illness, complex chronic diseases, and mental illnesses care. The incumbent must be familiar with administrative procedures, quality measurement, regulations related to the practice of medicine, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards pertinent to Women's Health.

• $250,000 - $315,000 salary
