Adena Health System is seeking a Medical Director to grow its Heart Program. This is a Million Dollar opportunity to work with an outstanding Cardiovascular team. Interested Cardiothoracic Surgeons will enjoy an excellent quality of life in beautiful, South Central, Ohio. Be part of a multi-specialty practice that is hospital based and provides patient centered care. Cardiothoracic surgeons with at least five years of experience are encouraged to apply!

- Adena Medical Group: Multi-Specialty Practice
- Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
- Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
- Join a team at AHS of 1 Thoracic Surgeon, 7 Cardiologist, 2 Vascular Surgeons, and 7 APP's.
- Onsite ECHO, Vascular, Nuclear, CT Testing
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Daily Patient Load: 16 (clinic)
- Rotating Call Coverage
- EMR: Epic
Minimum Requirements:
- ABTS certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery
- · Experienced cardiothoracic surgeons with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

- Base Salary of $900K + wRVU production incentive
