Canyon Vista Medical Center (CVMC) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join an established and respected hospital-affiliated surgical group in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

This full-time opportunity offers a broad-based general surgery practice with access to advanced technology and a supportive, team-based environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in bread-and-butter general surgery, GI procedures, and wound care, with the opportunity to incorporate robotic-assisted surgery into their practice.

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established group of experienced general surgeons in a collegial and collaborative setting

• Practice at a Level III Trauma Center serving Southeastern Arizona

• Da Vinci Xi surgical robot available for minimally invasive and complex procedures

• Weekly schedule includes 2 dedicated OR days

• Broad scope of practice includes:

• General surgery

• GI endoscopy

• Wound care at the Advanced Wound Care Center, with hyperbaric oxygen therapy

• General call rotation of 1:4, with robust support from hospital staff

• Surgical facilities include:

• 4 operating rooms and 2 GI suites at CVMC

• 4 additional ORs at the Outpatient Surgery Center on the CVMC campus
