Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-scope primary care for patients across the lifespan

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Educate patients and families on prevention, wellness, and development

• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in EMR

• Collaborate with a close-knit clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Stay current with best practices in pediatric and family medicine

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Medical License

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Family Medicine

• Prior experience preferred, but not required

• Proficiency with EMR systems (AthenaOne a plus)

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
