Job Description

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking an endourologist to join the Department of Urology in Nashville, Tennessee.

Position Highlights:

  1. Join 4 urology faculty and 3 APPs in the Division of Endourology and Stone Disease to provide multidisciplinary and comprehensive care to patients in the Vanderbilt Stone Center, a dedicated clinic and outpatient surgery center with in-house lab, pharmacy, and imaging services.
  2. 100% endourology and stone management.
  3. Innovative care techniques and equipment including PCNL, mini PCNL, SWL, ureteroscopes, and MOSES laser technology.
  4. Take general urology call 2-4 weeks per year, led by urology residents.
  5. Academic responsibilities include teaching residents, fellows, and other learners, with the opportunity to participate in research, clinical trials, or collaborate with nephrology and engineering to develop new methods of care.
  6. Enjoy practicing in a collegial team with supportive leadership and a focus on professional development, learning, and mentorship.

Qualifications: MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Urology and fellowship training in Endourology with a firm commitment to the Vanderbilt values of innovation, collaboration, and quality. Academic rank is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and career goals.
