Ballad Health Medical Associates is currently seeking an Experienced Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its growing well-established practice at Norton Community Hospital in Norton, Virginia.

Inpatient Responsibilities include:

• Evaluates and treats new and chronic general surgery problems.

• Assists in surgery.

• Pre & post-operative care

• ED and Hospital Consults

• Inpatient service and ER admissions

• Medical record management and discharge summaries

• ED/Hospital Call

• Full time

• Day and night shifts, 12 hours.

• Call responsibilities in the evening and weekends

Compensation:

• Nationally competitive salary

• CME allowance
