  • Outreach Clinic: Troy, OH — 1 day per week (4 exam rooms)

  • Call Structure: 1:6 rotation; after-hours calls roll into answering service

  • Team & Support: You’ll be supported by an APP partner, RN, MA, scheduler, ultrasound tech, and experienced OR staff

    • Block OR time + full access to DaVinci Xi robotic platform with 24/7 anesthesia
    • Level II Labor & Delivery at Soin with 17 LDRP rooms
    • Special Care Nursery for ≥ 32 weeks; for deliveries under 32 weeks, neonates go to Main Campus NICU managed by Dayton Children’s

  • Volume: The group managed over 775 deliveries in 2025 (demonstrating a robust obstetric practice)

  • Collaboration & Training: Family medicine residents rotate with the group, offering teaching opportunities

What Makes This Role Attractive:

  • Work-Life Balance Built In: 2 OR days, ~2.5 clinic days, and administrative day built into your schedule

  • Flexible Clinic Start Times: You can choose your preferred start times; last patient is typically scheduled by 3:30 p.m.

  • Stable Employment + Growth Potential: Hospital-employed with PSLF eligibility

  • Technology & Infrastructure: Institutional Epic EMR across the system

  • Strong Referral & Marketing Support: Kettering Health will actively market women's health services to grow patient base

  • Community Environment: Practice in an area with Midwestern warmth, but with the resources of a large health system

  • Competitive base salary + productivity / quality incentives

  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403b, 457, HSA, etc.

  • 6 weeks PTO

  • CME allowance + reimbursement

  • Employer-paid, occurrence-based malpractice coverage

  • Licensure, equipment, and professional expense support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • MD / DO with completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency

  • Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Comfortable with full-spectrum OB/GYN (obstetrics, gynecology, surgical practice)
