Victoria Emergency Associates (VEA) is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join an established practice at Uvalde Memorial Hospital in Uvalde, Texas.

Here you will be at a recently opened, state-of-the-art hospital that sees patients from all across Southwest Texas. This is a highly innovative and supportive group where ideal candidates will have several years of experience, be comfortable working in a busy environment, and be willing to explore leadership opportunities.

Position Details and Benefits:

  • Full-time position with 7-on/7-off scheduling
  • Fast-paced environment with mix of adult and pediatric patients
  • Level IV Trauma Center
  • Procedures not required
  • Nights covered by remote physician
  • Career growth with leadership opportunities available

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Certification in ACLS, BLS
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in Hospital Medicine
