 We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. The nocturnist position requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
 People First in Dallas Local Team Collaboration:
  - We are seeking a nocturnist to join our large, diverse group of 34 physicians and two APPs at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas.
  - We work collaboratively with a healthy work/home balance structure and try very hard to separate rounding duties from admitting.
  - We’ve fostered collegial relationships with the specialists. We pride ourselves on being a community hospital, but also quite capable of taking care of Level 1 trauma, acute CVA, and complicated heart issues.
  
 Qualifications:
  - Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  - Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
  - Family medicine trained physicians must have 2+ years of experience.
  - Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.
  - Authorized to work in the United States.
  
 Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling:
  - The nocturnist position hours are 7 pm-7 am.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
  - Assist in training residents and medical students through the GME program.
  - No procedural skills are needed; our doctors are not expected to run codes.
  - Ability to deal with complex medical and social situations and have a patient-centered and caring mindset.
