Maternal Fetal Medicine Kaleida Health/General Physician in Buffalo, NY

Kaleida Health and General Physician, PC in Buffalo are seeking a BC/BE full-time Attending in Maternal Fetal Medicine/MFM Specialist to join our team. The candidate will join the growing Maternal Fetal Medicine department at Kaleida Health and General Physician, PC, which provides clinical care throughout the 8 counties of Western New York.

Maternal Fetal Medicine services will be based out of Oishei Children’s Hospital and our affiliated outpatient clinics in Buffalo and Williamsville, NY.  Oishei Children's Hospital is a Free Standing Children's Hospital, providing all women's and children's services in our downtown campus.

The Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician we seek to join our team at Kaleida Health in Buffalo is a BC/BE MFM Physician and High Risk Pregnancy Specialist.  The successful candidate will work in concert with our OBGYN team, the Regional Perinatal team, the MFM team and our leadership to care for the patients in our service area.

• Provide coverage of the High-Risk Obstetrics Clinic
• Assess and interpret obstetric ultrasounds

• Provide prenatal diagnostic testing and antenatal fetal testing
• Cover inpatient antepartum patients 
• Opportunity to teach OB/GYN residents and medical students 
• Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners and Certified Genetic Counselors in the practice
• Consult with the Generalist Obstetric providers as needed
• Share Call coverage on average 1:5

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Graduate of ACGME Accredited Fellowship
• Eligible or licensed to practice Medicine in New York State
