Opportunity Overview:

• Working in the town of Gig Harbor, WA
• 15 -20 patients per day
• This is a part-time position, 1 day a week
• Set your own schedule
• MD or DO
• Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated income range of $89,000 to $102,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This part-time role is not benefit eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute careenvironment
• Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMSguidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safepatient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meetingMedicare guidelines

Qualifications:

• Board certified family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or emergency medicine (EM)
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in state
