FAMILY or INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN for DANIEL DRISCOLL-NEPONSET HEALTH CENTER in BOSTON, MA

Harbor Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at the Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center, a division of Harbor Health Services. Located on Neponset Avenue in Boston, MA, the Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center services include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, THRIVE clinic, Optometry, Nutrition Services, Behavioral Health including Psychiatry, SUD Services, on-site Quest Lab, Community Pharmacy and other social and community services.

Role:

Our Physician is the primary care provider to a panel of patients, conducts outpatient visits, manages communication with patients, oversees safe transitions of care and refers to specialty care within our Patient Centered Care Model. Our Physician assesses health risks, promotes disease prevention, and practices evidence-based medicine. 

Requirements: 

• Completed accredited physician residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, Board Certified.
• Current Massachusetts MD/DO license, DEA, Mass Controlled Substance Registration, Basic Life Support Certification required.
• Experience with Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams, and EMR (EPIC/OCHIN experience desired.)
• Experience with a community health center population and practice setting preferred.
