Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our growing Inpatient Hospitalist team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a night shift opportunity (7 on / 7 off) offering autonomy, collaboration, and the chance to be part of an innovative program redefining advanced practice utilization within our hospitals.

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
• NCCPA Certification required
• Minimum of 4 years of inpatient or hospitalist experience required
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently in an acute care setting
