Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing Behavioral Health Outpatient team at Baptist Clay. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity offering a balanced hybrid schedule with both on-site and remote flexibility.

As part of Baptist Behavioral Health, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment—supported by the stability and reputation of one of Florida’s leading healthcare systems.

Responsibilities
• Provide psychological evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapy for a diverse outpatient population
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Qualifications
• Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Active Florida Psychologist license
• Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred
