AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship trained hematologist oncologist to join a busy five-physician practice with offices at AdventHealth Kissimmee and AdventHealth Celebration, just south of downtown Orlando and near the attractions.
- The ideal candidate will have an interest in Genitourinary Cancer but will also continue to manage other hematologic and oncologic conditions across the spectrum
- Rotation of call would include both inpatient and outpatient in equal share with the other physicians.
- Practice will have APRN/PA collaboration both in the inpatient and outpatient settings
- This is a new position to accommodate the growth of the practice and community.
- This physician will support one of the busiest Urologic Oncologic Surgical programs in the country. The existing surgeon recently completed 18,000 robotic prostatectomies
- Infusion, Radiation and Surgical services available at AdventHealth Celebration and Kissimmee
- Access to multi-disciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials, (including Phase 1) and tumor boards (daily)
- Practice will have support of nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, nutrition etc..
- Extended network of 7 other medical oncology sites in and surrounding Orlando
