Functional Medicine Provider (NP/PA/MD/DO)

CulturedWellness Functional Medicine is seeking an experienced and passionate Functional

Medicine Provider (NP, PA, MD, or DO) to provide cutting-edge, personalized wellness care for

patients seeking solutions beyond conventional medicine. This provider will be responsible for

evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients using a functional and integrative medicine

approach, with a focus on hormone optimization (BHRT), gut and liver health, weight

management, and longevity medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional medicine consultations focusing on root cause analysis rather than symptom management.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate BHRT, peptide therapy, gut health protocols, detoxification, and regenerative medicine.
• Review and interpret advanced functional lab testing, including hormone panels, GI mapping, micronutrient testing, and metabolic health markers.
• Educate and empower patients on lifestyle interventions, nutrition, supplements, and longevity medicine.
• Monitor treatment efficacy through follow-up appointments, ensuring patient progress and compliance.
• Work closely with the Beauty Culture Medspa team to integrate wellness and aesthetics for optimal patient transformation.
• Stay current on cutting-edge research in functional and regenerative medicine and bring innovative solutions to our practice.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaboration with our elite team of aesthetic and functional medicine providers.

Operational Excellence:

• Uphold cleanliness, infection control, in all treatment consultation areas.
• Partner with the clinical team to align treatment protocols, patient communication, and care standards.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
• Embody the culture and values of Beauty Culture Med Spa—bringing positivity, professionalism, and patient-first energy to each day.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years experience in functional integrative, or regenerative medicine.
• Experience in BHRT, weight loss management, peptide therapy, and gut health protocols. (Preferred training in Neal Rouzier, A4M, IFM, or World Link Medical)
• Strong understanding of functional lab testing & personalized medicine.
• Passion for patient-education and whole-body healing
• Commitment to continuous learning and growth in longevity and regenerative medicine
