This is currently a Solo Surgeon's practice, well established regionally as we have clients travel from many States for their procedures. The practice is currently located in beautiful Morgantown, WV and expanding across State line to Pittsburgh, PA. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon to join our Team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in various surgical procedures, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Surgeon will be responsible for performing surgeries, managing preoperative and postoperative care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. It is expected that the new Surgeon will get busy establishing their patient base early on. Partnership track is available.   

We are a fully self-pay, AAAHC fully accredited office-based surgery center specializing in cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive, established setting with an existing patient base and strong positive reputation and solid word-of-mouth referrals. 

The practice performs variety of face and body contouring including but not limited to:

Facial contouring as: Face lift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, liposuction, Renuvion, Dermal Renewal, Brow lift, forehead reduction, facial implants, lip lift, injectables, skin resurfacing, AFT, PRP treatments, Instalift

Body contouring as: Liposuction, Mid and high def VASER liposculpting, Brachioplasty, Breast Augmentation (including TUBA/TUSBA), Mastopexy, Breast reduction, Abdominoplasty, lipoabdominoplasty, Gynecomastia treatment, Upper & lower body lift, Mons plasty, Labiaplasty, AFT, Ultrasound guided BBL, Surgical Butt lift with/without autoaugmentation, Thigh lift, PRP treatments, sexual rejuvenation

Medspa services as injectables, Lasers

• Competitive Compensation: No insurance hassles and chasing payments. The compensation is based on productivity via a tiered bonus structure plus a safety net of $250,000 base salary    (path to $500K–$600Kplus annually).

Candidate Qualifications & Duties:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Completion of an AACS (American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons) accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship program
• Or completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency; Cosmetic Surgery fellowship after residency is preferred.
• Board-certified (or board-eligible) by one of the following:
• The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS)
• Or The American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS)
• Or The American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
• Strong surgical skill set with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Manage pre, intra and postoperative care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $250,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
